5kGeek on CreativeThinking
“First, let’s clear up a common fallacy about the meaning of creative thinking. For some illogical reason, science, engineering, art, and writing got tabbed as about the only true creative pursuits. Most people associate creative thinking with things like the discovery of electricity or polio vaccine, or the writing of a novel or the development of color television….
Creative thinking is simply finding new, improved ways to do anything. The rewards of all types of success—success in the home, at work, in the community—hinge on finding ways to do things better. Now, let’s see what we can do to develop and strengthen our creative thinking ability.”
–David J. Schwartz, Ph.D.
With that in mind, here’s what 5kGeek [Dick "Di" Cortes] intends to do – creatively thinking speaking in this forum;
- Reach the physically active crowd (runners, bikers, athletes, etc.) who wanted to get or stay fit and are IN to social networking.
- Welcome experts (we need you) to shed some light and help us understand health/sports terminologies via social media.
- Help businesses, organizations, and individuals on how to use social media and social networks build relationships and deliver value to associates.
- Use easy tools like wordpress, twitter, facebook, myspace, flickr, weebly, youtube, etc.
- and, live life active and healthy…
Many thanks to http://relevantsocialmedia.com for the video.
