Pre-workout Juice Recipe For Runners with Beets
‘Don’t wanted to be side tracked, here is the recipe:
1/2 stick of celery
1/2 inch cucumber
1/2 litre of water
Blend it all together and store in the fridge to chill it a bit and wallah a pre-workout juice for runners.
This is all natural and none of the nasty stuff that some of the famous sports drinks include. If you can, I recommend taking this pre-workout juice recipe for runners during your runs as well.
