Blame Twitter: JetBlue’s All You Can Jet Pass Sells Out Early

JetBlue’s All You Can Jet pass offered customers the ability to purchase an unlimited number of flights from September 8 to October 9 for one small price — $599. It was a remarkable deal that sold out 36 hours before the publicized deadline. And social media – Twitter (Twitter) especially – is to blame.
The All You Can Jet pass was announced on August 12th, and was supposed to be available to travelers through today, August 21st, while supplies lasted. But supplies didn’t last; the campaign was even more successful than originally expected, and JetBlue officials attribute Twitter with the success saying, “Twitter really drove this in so many ways.”
